Pick your ~/.claude/projects folder, choose which
projects to include, and upload them. The server embeds them and
builds the topic map, activity view, cost analysis and Insights report.
It’s a hidden folder. Easiest way (macOS): in the dialog press
⌘⇧G, type
~/.claude/projects, press Enter, then Upload/Open.
(Or ⌘⇧. to toggle hidden files and
browse to it.) Nothing is sent until you press the button below.
