Pick your ~/.claude/projects or ~/.codex/sessions
folder, choose which projects to include, and upload them. The server
embeds them and builds the topic map, activity view, cost analysis and
Insights report.
They’re hidden folders. Easiest way (macOS): in the dialog press ⌘⇧G, type the path, press Enter, then Upload/Open. (Or ⌘⇧. to toggle hidden files and browse to it.) Pick one folder, then the other if you use both — nothing is sent until you press the button below.
